Executive AI coaching

Practical AI coaching. Built around you.

Bring a document, a spreadsheet or a business question. We’ll work through it together, with time to try the tools yourself and understand what to check. Practical AI coaching for business leaders.

Talk it through

Who this helps

You don’t need to become an AI expert.

You need a clearer sense of where it can help, how to use it and what still needs your judgement. Coaching gives you space to work that out on something that matters to you.

  • You can see the potential, but want help choosing where to start.
  • You have tried AI and want to get more useful, dependable work from it.
  • You want to work through real tasks with someone alongside you.

The work itself

Bring the work you actually do.

We use a task you recognise so you can see how an approach works, ask questions as we go and try it yourself. The aim is to help you use what you learn when you are back at your desk.

01

Work through a document

Bring written material you need to understand or work on. We can explore how to ask useful questions, organise the information and check an answer against the original. You practise deciding what to keep, what to question and what needs your own input.

02

Ask questions of a spreadsheet

Start with something you want to understand in your figures. We work through ways to explore the data and examine the results together, checking calculations and assumptions before relying on an answer.

03

Find an approach you can repeat

A useful result starts with giving the tool enough context and knowing what to ask next. We practise that on your task, including how to respond when an answer misses the point. You can then try the approach on the next piece of work.

How we work together

Work through it together. Try it for yourself.

You bring the questions and context. We guide the practical work and help make the technology approachable. We’ll agree suitable examples and how to handle any sensitive information before using it.

  1. 01

    Choose a useful starting point

Start with a casual call or email about your role, what you have tried and a task you would like help with. We agree the focus, format and fees before booking paid coaching.

  2. 02

    Use the tools together

We help you get set up, work through the task and explain the choices along the way. There is time for you to ask questions, try things yourself and check the results with us.

  3. 03

Apply it to your next task

The aim is for you to use the approach yourself, with a better sense of what to ask and what to check. If further sessions would help, we can focus them on the questions that come up in use.

A real example

AI coaching in a media business.

A London business leader came to OKII for help setting up AI and working through business analysis. They later reported using it independently on documents and spreadsheets.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Have a different question? Ask us directly.

Do I need to know which AI tool to use?

No. Start with the task or question you want help with. We can talk through the tools you already have and what would be appropriate for the work.

What should I bring?

A little context about your role and one or two tasks you would like to work on. You do not need a technical brief. Please keep confidential documents out of the first email; we can agree suitable examples together.

Is this a fixed course?

The coaching is shaped around your work rather than a set curriculum. We’ll discuss the focus, format and any follow-on sessions before agreeing the work.

How much does it cost?

Start with a conversation about what you need. We’ll agree the scope and fees before any paid work begins, so you can decide whether it is right for you.

What if I need software built as well?

We also provide software development and consultancy. If your task calls for a working tool or system, we can talk through the approach and agree the development work with you.

Bring us the work that needs to move.

A casual call or email is a good place to start. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll work out a useful next step together.
