About OKII

Real Estate Is Changing. Most Just Haven't Realised It Yet.

A Founder's Note

Hi, I'm Jake.

Part of The 'Why'

When I was quite young, I think 9 or 10, I remember being sat frustrated in front of our family computer. It had slowed to a crawl and kept crashing while I was playing 'Jumpers for Goalposts', if you know, you know.

I remember asking my family what to do. Nobody had a clue. "Fix it? We'll take it to the shop." But something in me thought. I could probably figure this out myself.

Minutes later, screwdriver in hand, I was ready to see what was inside. When I popped the last screw, a plume of dust burst out. The computer looked like a dusty web of cotton candy. So, I cleaned it out, closed it back up and just like that, the game worked again. That was my first real "A-ha" moment. I've been chasing them ever since.

"I've come to realise, some of the most memorable parts of my life have followed a pattern:An obstacle I didn't know how to solve + a stubborn curiosity."

My unfortunate disposition is figuring things out. Especially when the solution can actually help someone. That's what led me to start OKII. An industry with a big obstacle that I'm stubbornly curious about solving.

Today, I work with Real Estate professionals who want to unlock the power of AI, not in theory, but in practice. Why? Because There's a massive opportunity unfolding:

Access to corporate-level leverage, for non-corporate businesses.

Now, that's exciting. But it's also confusing. Why? Because Most AI content is either non-specific, overly technical or unbelieveably boring.

So I'm trying a different approach.

OKII is now entering its next phase: launching a bold new real estate community, built for people who don't want to be left behind. It's the biggest challenge I've taken on yet and the one I'm most excited about.

If you're a real estate professional who's curious, ambitious, and tired of doing things the old way, you're probably in the right place.

What We Believe

At OKII, we believe progress doesn't just happen by accident. It happens when we actively seek better explanations. From the ground up. That includes;

  • Asking dumb questions
  • Building fast and adjusting even faster
  • Only theorising so much
  • Challenging assumptions
