Before OKII
The team was using established measurement software, but producing the quantities needed for pricing still involved extensive manual work. In their later feedback, the director described a process involving hundreds, sometimes thousands, of clicks and individual inputs.
They wanted to understand whether AI measurement software could improve that work. Finding a tool was one part of the decision; the team also needed to assess the options and work through how to introduce the chosen software into their practice.
What we did
We took the client’s brief and identified several potential AI measurement tools. We arranged due diligence around the options, helping the team investigate them before deciding which software to implement.
Once the software had been selected, we worked with the supplier and client on access and onboarding. We followed up as the team got started and helped coordinate the practical steps involved in introducing it.
Training was part of that introduction. The team arranged a session with the supplier, with further training to be organised as needed. Our involvement connected the original brief, the evaluation of the tools and the steps needed to get the team using their choice.
After OKII
The chosen measurement software was implemented. In a later testimonial, the director said it had substantially reduced the time required to generate project quantities and allowed the team to produce outputs more quickly and with greater accuracy.
Their feedback also described the process of working with OKII as engaging and enjoyable. The result was a change to an existing working practice, supported by tool selection, due diligence and help with the introduction.
